GenXers have a problem. We've worked in the corporate world for 20+ years because that was the one path to success. But what do we do now? What do we do when a "RIF/layoff" happens? How can we take control over our own future?
Our Chief Fractional Officer was laid off 2x in 5 years (and over the age of 50). He started to do fractional work and realized there wasn't enough resources or a community to help transition.
Our CEO was different.. She wanted to do something different and create an online business. She had the entrepreneurial bug!
